Analyst-Data Analytics (SQL)

Job description

The Global Analytics team is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Network & Partner Business (GNPS) Analytics team to partner with banks to issue cards and acquire merchants globally. Our team acts in an advisory capacity to recommend growth strategies, deep dive into performance issues, develop models and other data solutions for profiling and targeting, and create prioritization strategies. This role will closely partner with the Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Risk, and other teams to build innovative consultative offerings for key bank partners across geographies and deliver on diverse strategic projects. The role will also ensure accurate and relevant representations of data to create a compelling story for bank partners and internal leadership with actionable insights enabling quick and informed decisions. - 0-3 years of relevant experience in analytical domain. - Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail ability to learn quickly and drive results. - Ability to drive insights from data, manage multiple projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment. - Strong collaboration skills with ability to build relationships and challenge the status quo. - Ability to influence external partners, colleagues and senior leaders with clear thinking, robust analysis, and strong business intuition. - Excellent business writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships and influence at all levels. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Big Query, SQL, Python, Lumi, PySpark and Tableau.
