Job description

**Key Skills:** Print Installer, GPO, Filer, Print Services, ServiceNow, itsm **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Provide support for Windows servers, filer systems, and print services environments. - Manage printer installation and print service configurations across enterprise systems. - Handle filer access management, data storage support, and data movement activities. - Support data consolidation and migration to modern storage technologies. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to file servers, print servers, GPO, OS, and network connectivity. - Collaborate with enterprise architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service improvements. - Monitor and maintain file and print service performance to meet KPIs and SLAs. - Drive process improvements and operational optimization for file and print services. - Maintain support documentation and follow ITSM processes. - Support escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution. **Skills Required:** - Strong experience in file and print services administration. - Good knowledge of GPO, Windows servers, and printer installation tools. - Experience with filer systems and enterprise print environments. - Understanding of network connectivity and troubleshooting concepts. - Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITSM processes is an added advantage. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities. - Ability to work in collaborative and support-driven environments. **Education**: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) in any branch.
