The goal is to help clients achieve outstanding value from their enterprise technology investments with a holistic and strategic approach to technology transformation. The **Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) team** is looking for talentto join the **Finance and Performance practice**. The practice provides guidance to CFO’s office and finance teams to design strategies, implement and deliver solutions for finance processes, operation and supporting technology to navigate through the complexities of finance function. The team focuses on providing insights to drive profitability and growth resulting in value creation. **Service offerings by the practice are as follows-** - **Finance Strategies, Organization and Talent** – Focuses to define the positioning of finance function o Our team provides offerings such as service-delivery and operating-model design, and Business Process Outsourcing advice, ways to synchronize governance and business practices across organization locations to enhance collaboration and drive efficiencies o Our team provides strategic services including technology, data, systems architecture, and talent strategies to ensure successful transformations in areas such as general strategy, capital management, IPO readiness, and events and turnarounds - **Business Process Re-engineering driven technology implementation –** Focuses to reinforce top-line business strategies by energizing core operational processes and technology implementation (ERP, process mining, automation and visualization tools). We leverage our active alliances in market with SAP, Oracle, High Radius, Celonis etc. for implementation. o Operational Finance – Our team transforms and optimizes day-to-day operational finance functions using lean methodology in end-to-end process areas such as order to cash, procure to pay, close, consolidation, reporting o Business Finance - Our team leverages the power of advanced analytics and statistical forecasting to support process transformation, including business finance process like Driver based planning, budgeting and forecasting, Cost & profitability management, Management Reporting Framework and wireframe design, use case identification for financial analytics - **Enterprise Performance Management** – Focus is on the complete range of the finance function with linked interactions o Our team provides services to streamline process for financial consolidation, development of financial and management reporting solution and profitability and cost analytics solutions, design of performance dashboards and development of models for Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Planning. We leverage our active alliances in market with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, OneStream, Board etc. for implementation. - **Advisory for Project Management –** Focus is to deliver excellence by supporting projects and programs to fulfill business requirements and hygiene o Our team provides offerings such as end-to-end portfolio, program and project Management, advisory for agile transformation, design and run enterprise PMO setup, advisory for transition, migration and change management - **Global Business Services** – Focus on helping clients with their GBS journey and end-to-end implementation enabling smooth transition to the new model o Our support covers the entire GBS lifecycle, from initial set-up and feasibility assessment to operating model design, third-party outsourcing, and performance management and maturity assessment o Our team simplifies, eliminates, re-engineers, and automates processes to enhance service delivery using industry-leading tools like UI Path o We specialize in scalable resourcing to enhance service delivery. Our GBS managed services (operate) include office setup, organizational design, leadership and staff hiring, and transition management, with the goal of handing over the center to the client after stabilization.
