This role is responsible for strengthening the Process Excellence (PEX) culture and governance framework across the organization through capability building, training, and structured program execution. The individual will play a critical role in enabling employees to adopt Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodologies by conducting engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, embedding process thinking, and driving a continuous improvement mindset aligned with MUFG/MGS strategic objectives. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can effectively partner with stakeholders across levels—from analysts to directors and senior leadership groups—to build process excellence capabilities. The role will focus on coaching teams in process mapping (SIPOC, L1 to L3 level), identifying pain points and opportunities, validating improvement ideas, and ensuring seamless handoff of transformation initiatives to delivery teams such as business analysts and development teams. The position will also drive large-scale capability-building programs such as roadshows, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) initiatives, and culture-building campaigns, while ensuring governance standards are consistently applied across the organization. We are looking for an experienced professional to interface with global business and function leaders with accountability for successful delivery of process improvement and transformation projects. The individual should be strong to advocate change and pursue organization change. Ensure the improvement projects are connected to business objectives. The individual must have handled technology projects in addition to regular business improvement projects. The position will support the Head of Process Excellence team to drive and identify the opportunity, design and activate the solutions for execution through connecting with key stakeholders in MGS/MUFG. . **Roles and Responsibilities** - Conduct Lean Six Sigma (LSS) training programs (in-person and virtual) — strong capability in training delivery and facilitation is essential to drive enterprise adoption. - Lead and facilitate interactive workshops, brainstorming sessions, and problem-solving forums to help teams identify pain points, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities. - Coach employees in developing Level 3 (L3) process maps, including designing, mapping, analyzing, and redesigning operational processes for optimization and standardization. - Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma principles to drive efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements. - Drive end-to-end governance of improvement opportunities from ideation, validation, prioritization, and handoff to implementation, including benefits realization tracking. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, co-create solutions, and align improvement initiatives with business objectives. - Evaluate and validate ideas pre- and post-implementation, ensuring measurable impact and sustainability. - Partner with business analysts, technology, and development teams to transition validated opportunities into execution-ready solutions. - Champion standardization best practices, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across functions. - Act as a change agent, evangelizing process excellence, driving adoption of solutions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. - Deliver training on presentation, storytelling, and structured problem-solving, enabling employees to effectively communicate ideas and outcomes. - Lead and manage enterprise capability-building programs such as roadshows, awareness campaigns, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) and any other relating initiatives. - Ensure adherence to PEX governance frameworks, methodologies, and organizational standards across all initiatives. - Establish and track KPIs and success metrics to measure effectiveness of training programs and improvement initiatives. - Conduct data analysis and root cause analysis to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities, leveraging data-driven approaches. - Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot and similar technologies) to enhance productivity, process analysis, training effectiveness, and solution design. - Partner with automation and digital teams to identify opportunities for process automation and contribute to digital/AI-led transformation initiatives. - Support the development of PEX culture and community, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices and continuous learning. - Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, including analysts, managers, directors, and CEO-level forums, demonstrating high professional maturity. - Demonstrate capability to manage multiple programs and cross-functional projects simu
