In Group TO, we manage the majority of the Banks operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. **Responsibilities and Requirements** - Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the self-service banking channels, including ATMs, cash recyclers, and other self-service devices - Coordinate with various stakeholders, such as vendors, CRESA, and branch personnel, to ensure the rectification of site issues, cash loading, and ATM-related problems - Monitor and analyze site performance data, including cash levels, transaction volumes, and device uptime, to identify and address any operational inefficiencies - Provide regular reports and updates on the performance and health of theATMs - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency **Requirements** - Strong understanding of self-service banking operations, including ATM management, cash monitoring, and site monitoring - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address operational issues - Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions - Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environments **Required Experience** - 8-10 years of experience in the banking industry. **Location:** Chennai-DBIL **Job:** Operations **Schedule:** Regular **Employee Status:** Full time Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
