**In This Role, You Will** - Consult with business line and enterprise functions on less complex research - Use functional knowledge to assist in non-model quantitative tools that support strategic decision making - Perform analysis of findings and trends using statistical analysis and document process - Present recommendations to increase revenue, reduce expense, maximize operational efficiency, quality, and compliance - Identify and define business requirements and translate data and business needs into research and recommendations to improve efficiency - Participate in all group technology efforts including design and implementation of database structures, analytics software, storage, and processing - Develop customized reports and ad hoc analyses to make recommendations and provide guidance to less experienced staff - Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported area - Ensure adherence to data management or data governance regulations and policies - Participate in company initiatives or processes to assist in meeting risk and capital objectives and other strategic goals - Collaborate and consult with more experienced consultants and with partners in technology and other business groups Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** - Master's degree in computers, information systems, from a reputed university or bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or finance **Job Expectations :** - Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). - Prior experience of working with US based organizations or clients is mandatory. - 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Data Analytics, Reporting, Automation, Transformation - 2+ years' experience in SQL, Power BI (PL-300 Certification preferred) - 2+ years' experience in SSIS, SSMS - 2+ years' experience in SQL Server / Oracle - 2+ years' experience in SharePoint development, Power Apps, Power Automate - 2+ years' experience in Alteryx - 2+ years' experience in creating end to end project documentation and peer reviewing documentation - Knowledge of AI and GenAI tools - Excellent Microsoft Office skills - Ability to develop operational reporting and performing complex data analysis. - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability. - Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy - Experience in defining and interpreting business requirements - Knowledge and understanding of financial regulatory reporting systems, Enterprise Controls and legal entities. - Ability to work in changing priorities and deadlines both independently and within team environment. - Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques. - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking skills with ability to credibly challenge status quo. - Knowledge and understanding of corporate governance, financial and financial/statistical regulatory reporting systems and legal entities.
