**Position:** Analytics Manager **Location:** Mumbai - Andheri **Role Overview** We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our team as an Analytics Manager. This role aligns closely with a Data Analyst / Business Intelligence Engineer profile, where you'll partner with business, product, and underwriting teams to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency through data-backed insights. We prefer a professional with a Data Engineering background who is eager to transition into and master data analytics. **Technical Requirements** - SQL: 4+ years of strong experience writing and optimizing queries - Python / PySpark: 2+ years of hands-on data handling experience - Databricks: 2+ years of practical project experience - Cloud Infrastructure: Solid foundational knowledge (highly preferred) - Data Visualization: Experience with Tableau or Power BI (good to have) **Core Mindset & Soft Skills** - Strong analytical mindset and sharp problem-solving skills - A natural curiosity and willingness to experiment with data - Adaptable learner who is ready to pick up new tools and technologies **Experience & Qualification** Graduate in any discipline Minimum 3 years of experience Interested candidates can share their updated CV to apeksha.pawar@ext.icicilombard.com
