**Job Title: Analytics Recruiter** **Location** Chennai **Experience** 4 to 12 Years **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Analytics Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring for technology, analytics, and leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT consulting or Global Capability Centers (GCCs), with the ability to partner closely with business leaders, understand complex hiring requirements, and attract high-quality talent across technology and analytics domains. **Key Responsibilities** - Own the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and translate them into effective hiring strategies. - Lead hiring for full-stack technology roles including .NET, Java, SQL, React, Angular, Azure, Cloud, Data Engineering, and related technologies. - Drive recruitment for Analytics and Data Science roles, with exposure to AI/ML hiring being an added advantage. - Manage leadership hiring for Senior Manager, Director, AVP, and VP-level positions, with exposure to CXO hiring being a plus. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping. - Identify and engage passive candidates using multiple sourcing channels. - Deliver a seamless candidate experience while ensuring effective stakeholder management throughout the hiring process. - Meet annual hiring targets of 4060 positions while maintaining quality, speed, and diversity metrics. - Support employer branding initiatives and enhance the organization's presence in the talent market. - Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights to hiring managers. **Required Qualifications** - 4 to 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong exposure to Technology and Analytics hiring. - Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment independently. - Strong understanding of technology hiring across .NET, Java, SQL, React, Angular, Azure, Cloud, Data Engineering, and related skill sets. - Experience hiring for Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence roles. - Demonstrated success in hiring leadership talent at Senior Manager, Director, AVP, and VP levels. - Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to engage passive candidates. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Experience working in an IT Consulting organization or Global Capability Center (GCC). **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in consulting recruitment. - Exposure to AI/ML hiring. - Experience supporting employer branding initiatives. - Exposure to CXO-level hiring. - Experience handling annual hiring volumes of 70+ positions. - Willingness to relocate to Chennai, if applicable. **Key Competencies** - End-to-End Recruitment - Technology & Analytics Hiring - Leadership Hiring - Stakeholder Management - Talent Mapping - Passive Candidate Engagement - Employer Branding - Market Intelligence - Negotiation & Offer Management - Communication & Relationship Management
