**Job Title** Entity Core Solutions – Developer (Angular) Department ITTF Finance & Risk Solutions **About Business Line/Function** Under BNP Paribas IT Group, FRS is the IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and time-to-market. FRS is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackle major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Finance and Risk Community through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices. The FRS organization is the outcome of several convergences: between the Project & Systems teams of Group Finance, CIB Finance and RISK and their related IT teams. FRS is part of the IT Group organization with a threefold sponsorship by ITG, Finance and RISK. Position Purpose The Developer will be part of the Entity Core Solutions team developing, evolving and supporting the new ledger for the group, contributing to development & implementation of features and establishing standards and processes. **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities - Design & Development – Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to implement functional specifications and user stories. Follow agreed‑upon architectural patterns and coding standards. - Requirement Analysis – Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning and acceptance‑criteria definition. - Testing & Quality Assurance – Create unit, integration and end‑to‑end automated tests. Perform code reviews, resolve defects, and ensure compliance with quality gates before release. - Continuous Delivery - Package, version‑control and deploy applications using CI/CD pipelines. Monitor releases and roll‑back if needed. - Performance & Reliability – Diagnose performance bottlenecks, optimise code, and implement monitoring/alerting to ensure high availability and scalability of services. - Documentation Produce and maintain technical documentation (design docs, API contracts, run‑books) to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Prioritize backlog items based on impact, value, and risk. Decompose epics into user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria. - Plan, organize and coordinate work and action items with different teams in project & BAU mode. - Support & Incident Management – Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshoot production incidents, and contribute to post‑mortem analysis and remediation actions. Contributing Responsibilities - Mentoring & Knowledge Transfer Coach junior developers, pair‑program, and share best practices through brown‑bag sessions or internal wikis. - Collaboration & Communication – Attend daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross‑functional meetings. Communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly. - Security & Compliance – Apply secure‑coding guidelines, address vulnerability findings, and support compliance audits - Technical Innovation – Research emerging technologies, propose proof‑of‑concepts, and contribute to architectural decisions or tech‑stack improvements. - Collaboration & Communication Attend daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross‑functional meetings. Communicate status, risks, and blockers clearly. - Knowledge Sharing & Documentation Maintenance. Keep the product wiki, process libraries, and checklists up to date; contribute to best practices. - Stakeholder Engagement – Provide technical insight to non‑technical stakeholders, assist in drafting functional specifications, and help define realistic delivery timelines. **Technical & Behavioral Competencies** Technical Competencies i.
