Scaling ideas to reality is how we do our business! **What does the team do ?** At ShareChat, India’s largest vernacular content platform, the Content Operations team plays a pivotal role in defining and executing strategies for creating and acquiring impactful content, driving monetization efforts, and contributing to overall business growth. Collaborating with creators, partners, product teams, and feed teams, the team ensures the delivery of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with diverse Indian audiences across multiple formats, including audio and video. **What You’ll Do?** - Use AI tools to generate, design, and edit visual content — including AI-created images, character shots, and video scenes — to craft powerful, emotionally engaging microdramas, ensuring continuity and smoothness of content. - Shot-by-shot breakdown of scripts, characters, backgrounds to be used for AI prompts - Collaborate with writers and creative directors, to translate creative ideas into visually striking AI-driven stories. - Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all content formats. - Analyze feedback and quickly deliver multiple refined versions optimized for platform performance and audience response. - Contribute to the development of prompt engineering and prompting techniques - Conduct research and experiments based on latest advancements in generative AI and develop insights to enhance the quality and efficiency of generated videos - Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance team processes **Who You Are** - 6+ months of experience in realistic AI video content generation - Strong command of AI-based creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Nanobanana, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0, or similar) along with some experience with editing softwares such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. - Exposure to shot planning and execution (core to role) - Strong storytelling skills with proven film making/ad film samples - Familiarity with post-production workflows (editing, sound, VFX, excel) - Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-output environments, adapting to evolving creative briefs and technology. - Deep understanding of Indian audiences and emotional storytelling, with a flair for cinematic composition and attention to detail. **Where you’ll be?** Location - Remote **Why join ShareChat?** 1.
