**Position Overview** The API Platform team at BNP Paribas is seeking an **APIGEE OpenShift Support - Expert** based in Bangalore. This role involves designing, developing, automating, and sustaining the CI/CD and monitoring ecosystem for the private cloud platform. The goal is to ensure a reliable, secure, and scalable delivery of microservices and RPA solutions that cater to the evolving needs of BNP Paribas' internal customers. A key focus area is the deployment and management of Apigee Hybrid on Red Hat OpenShift, facilitating the operation of the API gateway in a private-cloud environment while leveraging all Apigee Edge capabilities. **Job Responsibilities** **Direct Responsibilities:** - Design products, including UX design, considering local specificities. - Prepare detailed product specifications. - Validate that developed products align with requirements. - Coordinate with CIB Cloud Marketplace and Robotics teams for product placement in the CIB Cloud platform. - Manage product lifecycle, maintaining the service catalogue in collaboration with Product & Portfolio Management. - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the product throughout its production life. - Prepare and maintain product documentation. - Review customer feedback and conduct regular product reviews. - Manage product evolutions and associated communications. - Analyze product performance using data analytics (Aramchek) and ensure product quality and functioning. **Contributing Responsibilities:** - Participate in API design and management (REST, Curl, Python requests). - Work with infrastructure and security tools (Kubernetes, Vault, HashiCorp, CyberArk, Keycloak, Illumio, HA Proxy). **Required Skills & Experience** - **Technical Skills:** - Google Apigee - OpenShift - Linux/Unix - Automation - Networking Security - Incident Management - **Education:** Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline (Masters preferred). - **Location:** Banglore/ Chennai - **Behavioral Skills:** - Learning Agility: Quickly master new technologies and frameworks. - Proactivity: Anticipate issues and suggest continuous improvement actions. - Problem Solving: Diagnose complex incidents and deliver robust fixes. - Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with global (Paris) and local (Bangalore) teams. **About the Company** **BNP Paribas Group** is the European Union's leading bank and a key player in international banking, operating in 65 countries with nearly 185,000 employees.
