Role : Solution Lead Exp :10-20 Years Location : PAN India **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Azure Solution Architect to lead the modernization and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in microservices and composable architecture, a strong grasp of the end-to-end solution lifecycle, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and PaaS services. Exceptional stakeholder management and client-facing skills are essential for success in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Azure-based solutions. * Architect and design solutions using microservices and composable architecture principles. * Lead the end-to-end solution lifecycle from requirement gathering to solution development and defense. * Leverage Azure PaaS offerings (App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, etc.) to build modern cloud-native applications. * Implement and guide DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts. * Present architectural solutions and roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. * Mentor and guide development teams on best practices and architectural patterns. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Microsoft Azure. * Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API management, and composable enterprise principles. * Deep knowledge of Azure PaaS services and their appropriate use cases. * Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools and practices. * Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills. * Strong communication and presentation abilities. * Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in Azure Power Apps and Logic Apps * Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (AKS). * Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and event-driven architecture. * Background in software development with .NET, Java, or similar technologies. * Exposure to business case building and change management * Ability to do consultative sales to define and secure opportunities from stage 0 connect
