**Appian Sr. Developer:** • At least 5 years of experience with Appian skillset and 6 years in IT • Experience with Appian 20.x \& above • Appian Certified Developer and Sr.Developer • Good understanding on defining and managing Security • Experience with SAIL scripting • Experience with building and using CDTs • Experience with Task Reports, Records, Sites • Worked with external integration • Sound Knowledge on RDBMS • Should have good knowledge on Appian best practices suggested by Appian • Ability to understand/gather requirements and design/implement them • Excellent communication skills • Understanding of server-side configuration used by Appian and their relevant use • Ability to Analyze and identify errors from Log files **Appian Architect** • At least 6 years of experience with Appian skillset and 9 years in IT • Experience with Appian 20.x \& above • Appian Certified Developer, Sr.Developer and Lead Developer • Good understanding on defining and managing Security • Experience with SAIL scripting • Experience with building and using CDTs • Experience with Task Reports, Records, Sites • Worked with external integration using Integration Objects and connectors • Experience in developing and using custom plug-ins • Sound Knowledge on designing right Data model and RDBMS concepts • Should have good knowledge on Appian best practices suggested by Appian • Ability to understand/gather requirements and come up with E2E Appian solution • Excellent communication skills and Client facing skills • Understanding of Appian Installation and server side configuration • Ability to Analyze and identify errors from Log files • Appian DevOps adoption • Run HealthCheck.
