**Role & responsibilities** - Overall, 3-5years of IT experience with minimum 3years of relevant Appian Dev. Experience. - Must be Appian L2 (Senior Developer) certified. - Design, develop, and implement Appian components primarily Interfaces and Process Models based on signed off FRD adhering to best practices. Participated in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and assisted testing in UAT and PROD. - Expertise in Integrations with External Systems using Web APIs, Integration Objects and Web Services. - Experience in Appian Integration with SharePoint, SAP, Salesforce and RPA desirable. - Should have in-depth knowledge of writing SQL queries and functions. - Should have written and maintained documentation for developed solutions, including technical specifications and user manuals. - Deployed the developed solutions via Bitbucket and GIT. - Should be an active participant in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards. - Should have actively tracked and provided technical support to UAT/PROD users by fixing CRs/Defects logged through JIRA. - Led the Appian best practices and governance oversight alongside client sponsors. **Preferred candidate profile** Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models that enable clients to innovate, drive growth and increase their business profitability - Good knowledge on software configuration management systems - Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends - Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate - Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available - Ability to assess the current processes, identify improvement areas and suggest the technology solutions - One or two industry domain knowledge - Client Interfacing skills - Project and Team management
