Application and Production Support Engineer

Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for issues related to software applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using Linux operating systems and SQL databases. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and fix bugs in existing software products. - Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for internal use. **Job Requirements :** - 3.5-8 years of experience in application support or a related field. - Strong understanding of AWS cloud computing platform. - Proficiency in RESTful web services architecture and SQL database management systems (e.g., MySQL). - Experience working with Linux operating systems.
