Role- Application Developer Exp- 5-7yrs Mandatory Skills- C++ / VC++, proficient, Debugging & Shell Scripting **C++ / VC++** - .Strong fundamentals (memory management, debugging, STL) - .Ability to read and modify legacy enterprise systems - .Windows-based development & troubleshooting Basic scripting (PowerShell / Shell) **Test Automation Skills** - Automation mindset (Non-negotiable) - Experience with Ranorex / Selenium / any UI automation tool Understanding of: - >Object repository - >Element identification (XPath, UI mapping) - >Test case design & modularization **System Understanding & Debug Capability** - Ability to: - - >Analyze logs (event logs, system logs) - - >Troubleshoot production-like issues - Basic understanding of: - - >Enterprise monitoring tools (like Systemwalker – can be trained) - - >Strong problem-solving approach (root cause thinking) **Communication (Especially for Japan Coordination)** - Clear and structured communication - Basic understanding of writing status updates and explaining issues with evidence. **Automation Framework Thinking** - 1.Designing reusable test modules - 2.Data-driven testing - 3.Improving execution time **Release / Production Awareness** - Understanding of deployment flow and ablity forImpact analysis - Ability to: - Debug failed automation - Add validations & retries Good to have Japanese skills Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
