Job Description Application Development - SharePoint Online Developer Job Location: Pune Location Flexibility: Primary Location Only Req Id: 10013 Posting Start Date: 8/14/26 # **Job Summary:** We are looking for a SharePoint Online Developer with 5–7 years of experience who can design and develop SPO solutions, build AI-powered Copilot agents, and provide strong application support by resolving tickets, managing service requests, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate should combine development expertise, support capabilities, and AI-driven automation to enhance enterprise productivity aligned with FCI and Fujitsu standards. # **Experience:** 5–7 Years # **Role Summary:** Design, develop, and support SharePoint Online solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, while handling incident resolution, service requests, and documentation aligned with FCI and Fujitsu standards. # **Key Responsibilities:** - SPO development using SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate - Build and integrate Copilot agents (Copilot Studio) - Resolve tickets and service requests for SPO tools and applications - Perform RCA and ensure SLA adherence - Develop custom web parts using .NET and scripting - Manage enterprise content and knowledge repositories - Create documentation for changes, enhancements, and new tools - Participate in Agile SCRUM activities # **Technical Skills:** - SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Platform - Copilot Studio / AI agent development - JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap - CSOM, CAML, APIs, .NET - ITSM tools (ServiceNow) # **Soft Skills:** - Communication, collaboration, problem-solving mindset - Ownership and audit-compliant delivery # **Compliance:** - Follow Fujitsu quality standards - Ensure FCI audit readiness and secure data handling Relocation Supported: Visa Sponsorship Approved:
