**Greeting from TCS!!!** **Job Title: ERP Projects (Application Management Services - AMS) Consultant** **Required Skillset: ERP Application Management Services (AMS), ERP platforms, SQL.** **Location: PAN INDIA** **Experience Range: 4-8 years** **Job Description:** **Required Skills:** - 4–8 years of experience in ERP Application Management Services (AMS). - Strong experience in ERP production support and maintenance. - Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and release management processes. - Hands-on experience with one or more ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar. - Experience in troubleshooting functional and technical issues. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow or other ticketing tools. - Strong SQL knowledge for data validation and issue analysis. - Experience with testing, deployment, and system documentation. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 production support for ERP applications under the AMS model. - Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests within defined SLAs. - Analyze business issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. - Perform application configuration, enhancements, and bug fixes as per business requirements. - Coordinate with functional and technical teams for issue resolution and system improvements. - Support ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, HCM, or Manufacturing based on project requirements. - Participate in patching, upgrades, regression testing, and deployment activities. - Monitor application performance and recommend process improvements. - Prepare functional and technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide ongoing application support.
