Job description

Role: Application Packaging SME Experience: 8- 12years Location: Pan India Job Description: - Package and repackage applications using industry-standard tools such as **AdminStudio, InstallShield, Wise Package Studio, Advanced Installer, and Microsoft Intune** . - Create, customize, and support **MSI, MSIX, App-V, and IntuneWin** packages. - Perform application installations, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment. - Conduct application compatibility assessments for Windows operating systems. - Manage software deployment through **Microsoft SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Group Policies** . - Analyze installer structures, customize transforms (MST), and resolve packaging issues. - Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure successful deployments. - Maintain packaging documentation, SOPs, and technical knowledge repositories. - Support migration and modernization initiatives, including Windows 10/11 and cloud-based endpoint management. - Troubleshoot deployment failures and provide Level 3 support for packaged applications. Required Skills - Strong experience in **Application Packaging and Virtualization** . - Hands-on expertise with **AdminStudio, InstallShield, Orca, Process Monitor, and Wise Package Studio** . - Experience in **SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Management** . - Knowledge of **PowerShell scripting** for automation and packaging tasks. - Experience with **MSI, MSIX, App-V, and PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit)** . - Good understanding of Windows Registry, File System, Active Directory, and Group Policy. - Experience in application testing, troubleshooting, and deployment validation. - Exposure to ITIL processes and change/release management.
