Hands-on experience in application packaging (MSI, MSIX, EXE repackaging) 2. Strong experience with SCCM/MECM for application deployment and troubleshooting 3. Experience with Microsoft Intune (Win32 apps, MSIX deployment, policies) 4. Hands-on experience in Chocolatey package creation (.nupkg) and deployment 5. Knowledge of Chocolatey Server / internal repository management 6. PowerShell scripting for packaging automation and deployment 7. Understanding of Windows Installer architecture & troubleshooting 8. Experience in application testing (UAT, QA, Production validation) 9. Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, endpoint management 10. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills 11. Experience in handling Request (ADO Cards) 12. Ability to repackage vendor applications into silent installs 13. Experience in patching and upgrading applications 14. Documentation skills (Runbooks, SOPs, KB Articles) 15. Good communication and stakeholder coordination 16. Ability to follow enterprise packaging standards 17. Monitor issues from start to resolution 18. Escalate, if needed, unresolved problems to a higher level of support 19. Excellent written verbal and presentation skills. **Good to Have:** 1. Knowledge of Chocolatey Central Management (CCM) 2. Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) / VDI 3. ITIL knowledge (Incident, Change, Problem Management) **Essential:** - Package and repackage applications into MSI/MSIX formats - Create and manage **Chocolatey packages (.nupkg)** - Deploy applications using **SCCM, Intune, and Chocolatey** - Analyze installers and create silent installation packages - Handle **ServiceNow tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, Changes)** - Troubleshoot deployment failures (SCCM / Intune / Chocolatey) - Perform application testing in UAT / Pre-prod / Production - Maintain documentation (Runbooks, SOPs, KB Articles) - Monitor deployments and ensure **SLA adherence** - Coordinate with L3 teams for complex issues - Automate packaging tasks using PowerShell scripts - Follow enterprise security and compliance standards - Provide reports on deployment status and issues **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
