For additional information, visit us at www.wipro.com. - Strong expertise in application packaging using AdminStudio, VBScript, and PowerShell is required, including converting packages to Intune Win32 and MSIX formats. - Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as SCCM and Intune is essential, including application and package models, task sequences, and collection creation and deployment. - Experience creating Intune packages, including Win32 and MSIX, and deploying them through the Company Portal is required. - Proficiency in troubleshooting end-user issues related to application deployment is expected. - The ability to apply alternative approaches when standard methods do not resolve specific issues is important. - A solid understanding of an application’s history, including previous packaging and requirements, is needed to make informed decisions on current requests. - Experience in requirements gathering, source validation, and pre- and post-scan vulnerability checks is required, along with coordination with application owners when needed. - The ability to contribute service improvement ideas on a quarterly or annual basis is valued, and experience providing end-to-end automation solutions is preferred. - Knowledge of VMware vSphere for troubleshooting issues or creating test machines is desirable. - The ability to perform quality assurance checks on packages is required. - Strong English communication skills are required for direct customer interaction, along with professional email etiquette. - The ability to independently manage packages based on their complexity is expected. **Mandatory Skills:** Application Packaging - Windows . **Experience:** 3-5 Years .
