Strong experience in Application Packaging (MSI, App-V, MSIX) 2. Experience in Package Quality Assurance (PQA) testing and validation against enterprise standards 3. Hands-on experience with deployment tools (SCCM / Intune / AdminStudio) 4. Ability to perform functional, regression, and user acceptance validation for packaged applications 5. Knowledge of installation, upgrade, patching, rollback, and uninstall validation 6. Experience in bug tracking tools (ADO) for defect logging and tracking 7. Strong understanding of application compatibility and dependency analysis 8. Expertise in documentation of packaging standards, test cases, and release notes 9. Knowledge of Windows OS environments (Windows 10/11) 10. Good scripting knowledge (PowerShell / VBScript) 11. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills 12. Good communication skills (written & verbal) **Good to Have:** 1. Experience in virtualization technologies (Chocolatey /App-V) 2. Exposure to automation in packaging/testing processes 3. Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Release Management) 4. Ability to work in cross-functional teams **Essential:** - Perform PQA testing of packaged applications as per enterprise standards - Validate application install, uninstall, upgrade, and rollback scenarios - Coordinate and execute deployment across DEV, UAT, and PROD environments - Identify, log, and track defects/bugs, and work with packaging teams for resolution - Maintain test cases, test results, and packaging documentation - Ensure compliance with application packaging standards and security policies - Collaborate with application owners, infra teams, and release management teams - Prepare and share testing and deployment reports - Support continuous improvement in packaging and testing processes **Minimum Qualification:** - 15 years of full-time education - Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
