How You'll Help Us As an Application Services Modernization Advisory Director, you will work closely with client stakeholders to deeply understand their unique business drivers, challenges, and strategic goals to shape and deliver innovative solutions for clients seeking to modernize legacy systems, migrate to cloud-native platforms, and transform their application portfolios. By aligning our modernization strategies with the core business needs of our clients, you will ensure that our solutions not only address technical requirements but also deliver measurable business value, support organizational transformation, and fulfill their modernization objectives. Once You Are Here, You Will Support: GTM Strategy \& Enablement Collaborate with sales, marketing, and industry teams to shape and differentiate application rationalization offerings. Create thought leadership, reusable assets, POVs, and whitepapers to drive market engagement. Partner with alliances (e.g., Microsoft, SAP, AWS) to develop joint GTM strategies around app modernization. Client Advisory \& Pre-sales Engagement Lead early-stage client conversations focused on app portfolio modernization, technical debt reduction, and target architecture alignment. Run application assessments, current-state evaluations, and readiness checks as part of RFPs or direct engagements. Present technical and business cases for rationalization---including ROI, TCO, cloud fitment, and modernization pathways. Architecture \& Delivery Support Define future-state application architecture strategies aligned with business outcomes and platform roadmaps. Guide clients through build-vs-buy, consolidation, containerization, and modernization decisions. Interface with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff and architectural integrity post-deal.
