In this role, you will sit at the intersection of system availability, software engineering, and live operations. You will balance proactive site reliability engineering (SRE) tasks—such as building end-to-end observability, defining SLOs, and infrastructure automation—with critical TechOps/Application Support responsibilities like L2/L3 troubleshooting, ITSM process management, and an active on-call rotation . ͏ Band B3 Location – Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR Timings – 02:00 PM 11:30 PM Required Qualifications **Experience :** Minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically in a blended App SRE, TechOps, or Production Application Support role. **Soft Skills :** Good verbal and written English communication skills to document post-mortems (RCAs) and clearly lead cross-functional incident response calls. ͏ ͏ ͏ **Mandatory Skills:** Infra Cloud Computing Consulting . **Experience:** 5-8 Years .
