We are looking Application Support. Have experience of daily run activities - Have good capacity of analysis, synthesis and communication (written and oral) - Have experience on the project life cycle and roll out phase sequence - Have proven experience on global IT project environments. - Queried large datasets using Oracle SQL for validations, reports, and data analysis. - Experience in Database queries; - Experience with IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.); - Ability to translate technical specifications into articulate business requirements and vice-versa; - Ability to document complex technical and work-flow processes in plain English; - Strong customer service and exemplary communication ability, both written and verbal; - Troubleshot API issues using Postman, analyzing payloads, schema errors - Conducted UAT and post-deployment validations for multiple application releases Advantage will be: - Experience in working with applications on VB, VB6, .Net. - Experience with Azure, SOAP UI. Power Shell Scripts - Experience with SAP. - Experience with PowerBi.
