**Role Purpose** Drive sales performance, distributor service levels, and inventory health across the assigned zone through proactive monitoring of inventory, sales, fill rates, and sales loss performance. Act as the key link between sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to ensure achievement of sales targets, range selling objectives, adherence to inventory norms, and superior service levels. Own the overall P&L performance of the zone by driving profitable growth, operational efficiency, and execution excellence across the distribution network. **Key Responsibilities** - Drive achievement of zonal primary and secondary sales targets while ensuring profitable growth. - Monitor distributor inventory, sales, fill rates, stockouts, and sales losses through the Supply Chain Control Tower. - Ensure availability of focus SKUs and drive range selling across distributors and markets. - Identify inventory risks and drive timely replenishment actions to maintain inventory norms and service levels. - Coordinate with sales, depot, logistics, and plant teams to resolve supply constraints and improve execution. - Track SKU-level exceptions, prioritize critical gaps, and drive timely closure of supply issues. - Drive initiatives to reduce stockouts, improve fill rates, minimize sales losses, and enhance distributor service. - Conduct periodic business reviews and provide visibility of sales, inventory, service, and execution KPIs to leadership. - Own the P&L performance of the zone by balancing growth, service, inventory, and operating costs. **Key Success Metrics** - Primary & Secondary Sales Achievement - P&L Performance - Fill Rate / OTIF - Sales Loss Reduction - Range Selling / SKU Penetration **Education & Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field. - 4–8 years of experience in supply chain, sales operations, distribution, logistics, planning, or customer service, preferably in FMCG/CPG. - Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities. - Experience working with CPG/FMCG companies in sales and supply chain execution, digital dashboards, control towers, and data-driven decision making. - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive execution in a multi-location environment.
