**Title:** AR Collections Specialist **Location:** Gurgaon **Work format:** Full time work from office **Experience:** 9-15 Years **Core Competencies Required:** - Accounts receivable and collections management. - Customer success and service management. - Revenue collection, retention, and upselling. - DSO control and billing follow-up. - Enterprise and SME collections. - Complaint management and SLA resolution. - Channel partner and agency coordination. - Team leadership and performance management. - MIS reporting, dashboards, and process compliance. **Responsibilities:** - Ensured timely collections and bill submission to maintain DSO. - Responsible for revenue collection, retention, and revenue upselling. - Allocated data to team members and designed strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. - Managed enterprise and SLG collections processes for leased lines, IPS, MPLS, DSL, VDATA, mobile, and PRI lines. - Handled total collection processes with backend support activity. - Leveraged customer relationships to support billing and collection for faster payment clearance.
