AR Follow Up (Associate Analyst)

R1 RCM is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Fresher candidates to join our AR Follow-Up team in Indore. If you're ready to build your career with a leading healthcare revenue cycle management organization, we'd love to connect with you! **Role Description:** - Follow up with insurance payers to check claim status and ensure timely payments. - Identify, investigate, and resolve claim denials to maximize reimbursement. - Prevent claim write-offs through proactive and timely follow-up activities. - Review claims with billing scrubbers and make required corrections or edits. - Process contractual adjustments and support write-off reduction initiatives. - Achieve high cash collection and claim resolution rates while maintaining quality standards. - Effectively handle calls with insurance representatives using strong probing and negotiation skills. - Analyze outstanding accounts and take appropriate actions for claim resolution. - Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up actions and outcomes. - Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment. **Eligibility Criteria:** - Freshers and candidates with up to 12 months of experience (without PF deduction) are eligible to apply. - Graduation is mandatory in any stream; B.E./B.Tech graduates are not eligible. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. - Must be willing to work from our Indore office location. - Should be comfortable working in night shifts and a work-from-office setup. - Ability to confidently handle calls and email communication with US-based clients. - Demonstrate professionalism and effective communication in client interactions. - Immediate joiners will be given preference. - Candidates should not have any planned leaves in the next six months to ensure business continuity and commitment to the role.
