Job Description - -------------- Insurance Architect with AI Skills **Location:** CUSTOMER-Bengaluru-Bengaluru **Years of Experience:** 15+ Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Architect with extensive experience in Core Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative insurance solutions that leverage AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the insurance domain and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Design and architect scalable and efficient Core PAS solutions tailored to the insurance industry. * Integrate AI technologies into existing systems to improve decision-making processes and automate workflows. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed solutions. * Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven models to enhance underwriting, claims processing, and customer engagement. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. * Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in insurance and AI. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. **Mandatory Skills:** * Proven experience in Core Policy Administration Systems (PAS) within the insurance sector. * Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. * Excellent understanding of insurance processes, including underwriting, claims, and policy management. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. * Experience with AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. * Knowledge of data governance and data privacy regulations. * Experience in leading projects and managing stakeholders. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * 10-13 years of relevant experience in insurance architecture and AI implementation. * Professional certifications in AI or insurance-related fields are a plus.
