Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Job Description** This role is responsible for providing deep functional and technical expertise of Workday, with a key focus on Advanced Compensation and an understanding of Core HCM and Core Compensation functionality. In partnership, with GPO – Rewards and Rewards CoE, the role is responsible for ensuring Annual Merit cycle is delivered successfully in Workday. As a Workday Advanced Comp SME, this individual will provide business processes and application support including configuration, security, training and procedure documentation to help the organization gain the optimum benefit from Workday. Incumbent will research business challenges and use analytical skills to provide optimal solutions. Establish working relationships and collaborate with others team to provide high-quality solutions. - Acts as a functional and technical subject matter expert for researching, troubleshooting, and resolving data and/or system processing issues for Advance Comp. - Streamlines processes and procedures; recommend and implement changes leading to best practices and provide solutions in Advanced Comp area - Produces data loads (EIBs) for Annual Merit process. Ensure integrity of data migrations and data mapping onto Workday. - Assess, strategize and manage relevant Workday releases and future functionality in partnership with Release Manager and GPO-Rewards - Ensures the business has a strong understanding of all system changes being implemented. - Partners with other P&O solutions teams on Workday projects with focus (but not limited) on Advanced Compensation, Core HCM, Compensation and Absence, including gathering requirements, solution design, system configurations and testing. - Acts as project manager when required, able to maintain a project plan, create status reports and communicate to stakeholders. - Escalates issues/risks proactively to appropriate team members and leadership - Responds to escalated ticket support arising from Workday inquiries.
