**Key Responsibilities** - Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings for hospital projects. - Develop working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings using CAD and BIM software. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project delivery. - Support the review and approval of architectural drawings submitted by consultants and contractors. - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. - Assist in resolving architectural and site-related issues during construction. - Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, National Building Code (NBC), fire safety regulations, and hospital design standards. - Prepare quantity estimates, material specifications, and architectural documentation. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for material selection and mock-up approvals. - Maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and records. - Participate in project review meetings and prepare progress reports. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). - Registration with the Council of Architecture is preferred. - 13 years of experience in architectural design or execution. - Experience in hospital or healthcare infrastructure projects is preferred. **Technical Skills** - Proficiency in AutoCAD. - Working knowledge of Revit/BIM. - Familiarity with SketchUp, Lumion, or similar 3D visualization tools is an advantage. - Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Understanding of healthcare planning guidelines, NBC, fire safety norms, and accessibility standards. - Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings. **Preferred Competencies** - Strong attention to detail. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks. - Team player with a collaborative approach. - Willingness to travel to project sites as required. **Preferred Experience** - Experience in hospitals, healthcare, institutional, or large commercial building projects. - Exposure to NABH-compliant healthcare facility planning is an added advantage. - Knowledge of construction methodologies and site coordination.
