Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida Immediate joiners preferred **Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer/Lead JD:** - Professional with 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience & 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation. - Understanding of Salesforce solution architecture principles and best practices - Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects and engagements from a technical standpoint - In depth understanding of Financial Services Cloud Data Model, standard validations & use cases. - Design, configure and customize the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud to meet the specific needs of the customer. - Analyse business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to stakeholders on the best practices for utilizing the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. - Understanding & good hands-on Sales & Service Cloud is must. - Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification would be preferable. - Experience with Agentforce & Data Cloud would be an added advantage. - Develop Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Lightning framework (LWC and Aura), Visual Force, and the Apex coding language - Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimization - Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Clouds - Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce platform - Mentor junior team members in Salesforce best practices and Integration Technologies. Perform code reviews and technical oversight - Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects - Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative manner both internally and with clients - Preferred to hold Salesforce certifications Salesforce Platform Developer I / Developer II / Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder and others - Experience with deployment tools and methodologies – SFDX, Workbench, GitHub, VS Code, ANT Tool, change sets.
