Implementation & Configuration** ·                Implement and deploy  **ARCON PAM solutions**  across enterprise environments - Configure modules such as: o        Password Vaulting - - Session Monitoring & Recording - Privileged Account Discovery - Align PAM configuration with organizational security policies **2. Access & Identity Management** ·                Manage privileged accounts (Linux, Windows, Databases, Applications) - Implement  **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)**  and least privilege principles - Configure workflows for time-based access approvals ͏ **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Mandatory** ·                Hands-on experience in  **ARCON PAM implementation/support** - Strong understanding of: o        Privileged Access Management concepts - - IAM lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) - Experience in: o        Password Vaulting - - Session Monitoring - Access Governance ͏ ͏ ͏ Mandatory Skills: Delinea Secret Server PAM .
