Role & responsibilities About the Role We are hiring an Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. This role requires strong analytical skills, team leadership, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end operations for assigned regions and drive performance, productivity, and efficiency • Ensure adherence to SOPs and consistent process execution • Lead and manage large field teams (90 - 150 members), driving performance through coaching and reviews • Own regional targets and P&L metrics, identifying and executing growth opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience • Use data-driven insights to solve problems and improve business outcomes
