**Role & responsibilities** **About the Role** We are hiring an Area Operations Manager (AOM) to drive operational excellence across multiple territories. This role requires strong analytical skills, team leadership, and execution focus in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end operations for assigned regions and drive performance, productivity, and efficiency - Ensure adherence to SOPs and consistent process execution - Lead and manage large field teams (90 - 150 members), driving performance through coaching and reviews - Own regional targets and P&L metrics, identifying and executing growth opportunities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer experience - Use data-driven insights to solve problems and improve business outcomes
