a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Key Responsibilities Business Development - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual auto loan disbursement targets. - Drive sourcing of vehicle finance business through Mahindra dealerships. - Increase market penetration and share of finance within assigned dealerships. - Develop and execute territory growth plans to maximize business opportunities. - Identify and onboard new dealer touchpoints within the assigned geography. Dealer Relationship Management - Develop strong relationships with Dealer Principals, Sales Heads, Branch Managers, and Sales Consultants. - Conduct regular dealer visits to strengthen engagement and business generation. - Act as the single point of contact for dealership financing requirements. - Ensure high visibility of company products and schemes within dealership premises. Sales and Portfolio Management - Generate quality business while maintaining desired credit and portfolio parameters. - Drive cross-selling of insurance, protection products, and ancillary offerings. - Monitor conversion ratios from login to disbursement. - Track and improve dealership-wise productivity. Credit and Process Compliance - Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines. - Monitor quality of sourced applications and minimize policy deviations. - Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for faster turnaround. - Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with KYC and AML requirements. Team Management - Lead and mentor Business Executives / Relationship Officers within the territory. - Set performance expectations and monitor productivity. - Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews. - Ensure effective deployment of manpower and territory coverage. Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with Credit, Operations, Collections, Insurance, and Dealer Management teams. - Resolve dealer escalations and customer issues within defined TAT. - Participate in business reviews and provide market intelligence. Market Intelligence - Track competitor schemes, interest rates, and dealer incentive programs. - Analyze market trends and customer behavior. - Recommend business strategies to improve competitiveness and profitability.
