**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage a team responsible for collection of outstanding receivables from customers. - Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely recovery of loans and debts. - Develop strategies to improve collections efficiency and reduce delinquencies. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and disputes. - Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 4-8 years of experience in Debt Recovery, Loan Recovery, Field Collections, Team Handling, Communication Skills, Leadership Skills. - Strong understanding of Recovery processes and procedures. - Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions to optimize collections performance. - Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.
