Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage a team of collectors to achieve monthly targets for unsecured loans. - Conduct regular visits to branches across the assigned region to monitor collections performance and provide guidance. - Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase recoveries and reduce delinquencies. - Analyze data reports to track key metrics such as DPD, NPAs, and write-offs. **Job Requirements :** - 6-18 years of experience in agency management or collection management in the banking industry. - Strong understanding of unsecured loans products and processes. - Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve targets under pressure.
