**Job Requirements** **Area Credit Manager** Area Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit assessment and underwriting process for loan applications related to property. Responsibilities: - Evaluate and analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants - Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements - Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure efficient processing of loan applications - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve loan targets - Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio - Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed credit decisions Skills: - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field - Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting for loan against property - Strong knowledge of property valuation and legal aspects related to property loans - Excellent analytical and decision-making skills - Ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the banking industry
