**Core Responsibilities:** Fraud Identification Control (Pre-approval) - Verify loan documents through empanelled agencies to help curtail fraud entry level. - Ensure sampling effectiveness for controlling application fraud - Ensure background / profile checks on customer / various agencies through market intelligence/feedback Fraud Investigation - Ensure corrective action and set polices to act as deterrents; recovering the loss to the organization. Fraud Prevention Control (On going basis post approval) - Ensure pre appointment reference and profile checks are conducted on all staff and executives - Ensure location wise RCU agency audits as per SOP including cross verifications cross location audits.
