Job Purpose To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals Duties and Responsibilities - Identify and target potential clients for business loans through open market sourcing - Build and maintain strong relationships with Clients/Channel partners to source business - Prepare and present loan proposals, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate - Guide clients through the loan application process, addressing any questions or concerns - Stay updated on market trends, loan products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients - Effectively engage with credit, operations & risk team to streamline the loan approval process and enhance customer experience - Conduct follow-ups with clients pre-closure and post-closure to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals - Collaborate with Collection team to improve recovery process - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Required Qualifications and Experience To provide customized lending solutions for business loans, empowering clients to achieve their financial goals
