Preferred Candidate Profile: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline. - Experience in Operations Management or Manufacturing Operations. - Strong team handling and leadership experience. - Experience in performance management and resource planning. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in manufacturing/engineering environments preferred.
