Business Reporting & Analytics Prepare, maintain, and share standard and exceptional Power BI reports covering sales performance, dealer activity, NSV (Net Sales Value), and operational metrics across business verticals. Track and monitor sales NSV for both Reserve Power Home and Mobility Teams, ensuring alignment with business targets. 2. Cross-Functional Project Management Lead and coordinate regional cross-functional projects in collaboration with RSMs, RSHs, Sales Excellence, RLI, Digital, and IT teams. 3. Ensure timely delivery and implementation of projects undertaken by the Sales Excellence team with measurable outcomes. Sales Team Performance Monitoring Develop and share reports on Regional Head Sales Excellence (RHSE) team performance, ensuring alignment with YDI (Your Development Initiative) annual incentive eligibility criteria. Support in capability building and talent pipeline management by grooming RHSE members for next-level RSM roles. 4. Sales Process Compliance & Monitoring Maintain and monitor DSR Journey Cycle Plans (JCP), ensuring geo-fenced visit tracking against the provided base. Oversee the adoption and effective usage of DMS (Dealer Management System) across regions and highlight areas requiring corrective actions. 5. Operational Sales Data Management Maintain and track daily, weekly, and monthly sales NSV reports for both Reserve Power Home and Mobility Teams, highlighting performance gaps and supporting strategic decision-making.
