This is a field-based role where you'll build relationships with residential societies, generate business opportunities, lead sales activities, and achieve revenue targets. If you're passionate about field sales, customer engagement, and closing high-value deals, we'd love to have you on our team. **Key Responsibilities** Drive end-to-end sales activities within the assigned territory. Visit residential societies and build strong relationships with RWAs, Management Com mites, and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and product demonstrations. Convert prospects into successful closures while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to maximize revenue. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. **Eligibility & Requirements** Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Field Sales. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good understanding of the local real estate market. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment. Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
