**Position: Area Unit Head – Defence Channel** **Key Responsibilities** - Lead business operations for the assigned defence channel/territory. - Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. - Manage relationships with defence establishments, government agencies, and key stakeholders. - Achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. - Supervise and mentor regional sales and support teams. - Monitor tenders, contracts, procurement opportunities, and project execution. - Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations. - Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
