**AI Developer / GenAI Developer Python, Azure OpenAI, RAG** **Job Description:** We are looking for a highly skilled AI Developer with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Python-based AI application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade AI solutions using Azure OpenAI and modern AI frameworks. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and enhance AI-powered applications using Python - Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions - Develop vector embedding, semantic search, and metadata-based ranking capabilities - Create AI-driven metadata generation and content enrichment solutions - Develop scalable Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI Services - Implement intelligent agent workflows and multi-agent architectures - Optimize prompts, model performance, orchestration frameworks, and AI workflows - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI solutions - Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices **Required Skills:** - Strong proficiency in Python - Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) - Experience building RAG-based solutions - Azure OpenAI Services - Vector Databases and Embedding Models - Semantic Search and AI Metadata Generation - Prompt Engineering and Agent Orchestration Experience with the Following Frameworks: - Semantic Kernel - Microsoft Agent Framework - LangChain - LangGraph - AutoGen - MCP SDK - Function Calling / Tool Calling Frameworks - AI Evaluation & Testing Frameworks Preferred Qualifications: - Experience developing enterprise AI Assistants, Copilots, and Automation Solutions - Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures - Excellent problem-solving and software engineering skills - Experience working in Agile development environments
