The Group is also a majority shareholder in PhonePe, one of the leading Payments Apps in India. **About the Team:** The AI Solutions Org is a new, high-velocity engineering unit at Flipkart with a singular mission: to accelerate AI adoption across the entire company. Will operate as a "SWAT team" for AI - building end-to-end solutions for business functions that lack engineering bandwidth, while also partnering with the core Data Science team to optimize and scale state-of-the-art models (FK LLMs, Open Source, Commercial). **About the role:** The "AI-Native" DNA This is not a traditional software engineering role. We believe the future of coding is AI-assisted. You are expected to be an AI-Native Engineer: ● You don't just write code; you orchestrate it. You leverage tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and LLMs to write code, generate test cases, debug, and perform RCAs at 10x speed. ● You are Full-Stack AI. You are comfortable setting up a backend API, building a quick UI, and engineering a complex RAG pipeline in the same sprint. **You are responsible for:** ● Focus: Architecture, Strategy \& Complex Solutions **What you'll do:** ○ Architect complex Agentic Systems (multi-agent orchestration, planning, memory management). ○ Drive the Distillation Strategy: Lead efforts to convert massive models into smaller, task-specific models for cost efficiency. ○ Define best practices for "AI-Native Development" across the org. ○ Act as a technical liaison between Business Leaders and Engineering. ○ Design end-to-end architecture for mid-sized AI applications. ○ Mentor Grade 8/9/10 engineers on AI-native workflows. **You should have:** ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. ● 7-10 years exp. Deep expertise in Distributed Systems \& NLP. ● Experience deploying LLMs at scale. ● Strong communication and analytical skills
