**Key Skills**: AS400-RPG400-ILE, Application Development **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain IBM i applications using RPG400 ILE. - Analyze requirements and implement application enhancements and defect fixes. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business logic and translate it into working code. - Support testing activities including unit testing and troubleshooting issues in non-production environments. - Provide production support by investigating failures and applying timely fixes. **Skills Required:** - 5 - 12 years of relevant experience in AS400/IBM i application development - AS400 RPG400 ILE development - Application development on IBM i (AS/400) platform - Debugging and troubleshooting of RPG (ILE) programs - Testing and release support for IBM i application changes Good to Have: - Application development experience across enterprise business systems **Education:** Any Graduation
