**1.??????** **Production Line Execution** ? Manage day-to-day shift operations for Wave Soldering, Conformal Coating, ICT, and FCT processes. ? Ensure production targets are met with proper line balancing and manpower deployment. ? Conduct first-piece approvals and validate process parameters before mass production. **2.??????** **Process Setup Monitoring** ? Ensure proper setup of Wave machines, conformal coating machines, and test stations (ICT/FCT). ? Monitor parameters such as solder pot temperature, coating thickness, test fixture condition, and functional test cycles. ? Coordinate with maintenance and process teams for timely machine readiness and issue resolution. **3.??????** **Quality First Pass Yield (FPY)** ? Monitor and analyze in-process defects such as solder bridges, coating peel-off, ICT open/short, FCT failure, etc. ? Collaborate with quality and engineering teams for defect root cause analysis and implementation of CAPA. ? Maintain FPY, rework %, and defect trend reports for assigned lines. **4.??????** **Line Documentation and ERP Coordination** ? Maintain production logs, operator allocation sheets, rejection reports, and test results. ? Ensure real-time data entry in ERP systems (production booking, material consumption, test records). ? Prepare daily shift reports and handover documentation for review. **5.??????** **Operator Management and Training** ? Guide operators on soldering techniques, masking, coating quality, and testing procedures. ? Conduct training on SOPs, test coverage requirements, ESD practices, and safety protocols. ? Monitor operator performance and ensure shift discipline and productivity. **6.??????** **Safety, 5S, and Compliance** ? Ensure adherence to 5S, ESD, and PPE guidelines at coating/test zones and soldering stations. ? Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials used in coating and cleaning. ?
