Job Description Accountabilities Responsibilities Authorities To arrange spare in order to minimize break down time To decrease the BD % Make move order in Oracle To ensure minimum numbers of machine break down by doing prevention maintenance To create incident free and pollution free environment for Zero incident and zero pollution. Route cause analysis of BD To decide to replace parts as per life cycle To complete the project within stipulated time. Assign job to peer member as per priority based on daily meeting, pending job Break down maintenance of plant maintenance and utility. To monitor proper working of utility plant. To verify the utilities required for the plant with due discussion with seniors. Execution of Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Execution of scheduled prevention maintenance.
