Job Description **Accountabilities** **Responsibilities** **Authorities** - Production planning - Achieve daily production targets as per the production plan. - Allocation of manpower, machines, to meet production targets. - Safety Workplace - Maintain a clean, safe work environment. Safety SOP & PPE compliance in the production area. - Stop activities if unsafe conditions are identified. - 5S - Maintain 5S on shop floor. - Regular 5S activities and audits - Production and material consumption records - Maintain production reports file, and material consumption. - Maintain and update production reports and material consumption records. - Quality Compliance - Production with quality Standards & specification - Stop machine production in case of deviation from standards - Utilization of manpower. - Manage manpower allocation and scheduling. - Arrange and deploy manpower as per operational requirements. - Troubleshoot machine problems/ maintenance - Inform the maintenance/Electrical team when needed. - Stop or adjust production in case of critical machine/process problems. - Process Control - Monitor and maintain productivity with process. - Adjust process parameters as required Job Snapshot Updated Date 01-08-2026 Job ID JOB\\_5135 Department Manufacturing Location Halol, Gujarat, India Employee Type STAFF
